Overview.
EnvironmentalGrants.org is a collaborative blog and a network of professionals from different sectors committed to promoting the use of available funds and related resources for environmental and wildlife research, management and conservation around the world.
Our aim is to support conservationists, whether they work for nonprofits, companies, research institutions or public administrations. We help them identifying appropriate instruments to finance their activities. We also boost capacity building and connect both applicants and beneficiaries with potential partners and advisors – via our LinkedIn group and pool of contributors – for effective project proposal, implementation and communication, to enable and trigger positive change.
The use of our platform is free of charge.
More information on how it works and Terms of Use can be found at the bottom of this page.
If the listed resources help you get your project funded, we would be happy to hear from you and pitch your success story to the media.
The PRESS RELEASE for the launch of the platform is available in EN, FR, ES, IT, NL.

FAQ, Terms of Use and Disclaimer
EnvironmentalGrants.org is not a company, does not display any advertising and is funded with own resources. The use of the platform – which includes a searchable donor database and the publication of grant, training and job opportunities, as well as the possibility to interact with peers in a LinkedIn group – is free of charge for everybody. This includes fund seekers, as well as grant makers who may want to contribute their organisation details and book authors, webmasters and event / training organisers who wish to promote their resources via the platform, organisations willing to fill specific vacancies and those looking for partners or consortia.
EnvironmentalGrants.org charges no fee to individual experts interested in displaying their profile on the website, however they must commit to contribute at least one article per month to appear as part of team and get a personal e-mail address. Their profile will be visible on the Experts page after the publication of their 3rd article and will be unpublished 2 months after their latest published article. The core team – formed by experienced EnvironmentalGrants.org editors – reserves the right to request corrections or refuse the publication of articles which do not meet appropriate quality standards, at its own discretion.
Published articles become property of EnvironmentalGrants.org and the author will always be credited on his/her own articles, even if he/she decides to stop the collaboration, unless the author explicitly requests to delete his / her name. EnvironmentalGrants.org e-mail addresses will be revoked should the collaboration come to an end. By submitting your content contribution, you implicitly accept these conditions.
EnvironmentalGrants.org does not offer any paying services. If contacted privately to request additional custom services, the experts may charge a fee based on their tariff or decide to advise pro bono. This is entirely up to each expert and varies on a case by case basis. In any case, they remain fully responsible for the timing of delivery and the quality of the services provided, as well as for complying with their own national legislation and tax obligations. The owner of the platform does not process any money for the services offered by the experts, and cannot be held liable for them. Any possible collaboration or contract is concluded solely between the identified experts and their clients.
The owner of the platform is neither responsible for incomplete nor incorrect information provided via the platform. All shared content is elaborated based on existing public information. Views, whenever expressed, reflect only the author’s opinion and cannot be attributed to EnvironmentalGrants.org nor to the organisation of affiliation of the author. Bloggers are not authorised to publish any confidential information they might have accessed in the course of performing their duties. Should some information not be available, authors are invited to contact the grant making organisation to inquire and provide the most accurate picture as possible. Users are invited to notify any discrepancies and to always refer to the latest information available at the donor or event organiser website. This blog is not a newspaper and has no obligation to be regularly updated.
